Comparison of two PDf Court Transcript suggest massive alteration.

I have two PDF files, which are supposed to be identical. But the sizes are different. More importantly, Comparison suggests massive alternations (Inserts Deletions, Font Changes, etc). But. the text seems identitical. The PDF sits on my office workstation Desktop. I seems as though every time I look at the transcript, I see something different -- a different sentence or material word. Strange. The changes are gradual and almost impreceptive, occuring over a period of weeks or months. I have uploaded the documents to Adobe.
