Compress option when downloading

Hello Everyone,

When clicking the download this file icon I get an option to Compress the PDF.

This is when downloading a PDF off an online program.

I'm trying to see where the options are to include this for others in my team.

Does anyone know how to get this option to compress at the same time as download?
