Conversion en word

Bonjour à tous, 

Depuis un certain temps, je n'arrive plus à pouvoir enregistrer une conversion d'un PDF sur un format Word.

Au moment de l'enregistrement sous j'ai bien ma destination de dossier qui s'affiche mais ensuite j'ai systematiquement un message d'erreur échec de téléchargement.

Are you using an application or a web-based service to do it? And which one?

As noted by @try67 , if you are using Office365 apps, be aware that these are all web-based services apps, specifically if they are deployed directly from the  Microsoft Edge web browser or using Adobe Document Cloud in combintaion with SharePoint or Onedrive.

Would you mind to also share a screenshot of the error when you reply back?
