Conversione da PDF a PDF/A

Buona sera! Usando Adobe Acrobat posso facilmente convertire due documenti Word in PDF/A ma se poi li unisco un unico file e cerco di convertire in PDF/A il documento PDF così ottenuto non riesco a farlo perché mi appare un messaggio che mi informa che il profilo selezionato non esiste (?!) e mi invita a cercarlo tramite le impostazioni. Il problema ha iniziato a verificarsi da poco tempo. Mi sono perso, o ho dimenticato, qualcosa? Grazie a chi potrà aiutarmi.

Hi there

 

hope you are doing well and am sorry for the trouble.

 

Are you merging the two PDF files and then saving time as PDF/A or are you merging the two-word files and then converting them to PDF and saving them as PDF/A?

 

Please try to merge the two-word files as a single file and then convert it to PDF and save it as PDF/A and check.

 

Also please go through the help page  https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/pdf-x-pdf-a-pdf.html and see if that works for you.

Grazie per la risposta.
Io vorrei poter unire due file PDF/A in un uico file PDF/A.

Per le mie esigenze NON mi è utile unire due file Word in un unico file Word e poi convertire questo in un file PDF/A.

    Would you mind sharing the version of the OS and the Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version of the application go to help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20085 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates and reboot the computer.

     

    Also, please share the screenshot of the error message that you get, for a better understanding.
