Convert Multiple Emails to PDFs

How do I convert multiple (25+) individual emails to like-named individual PDFs quickly?

Correct answer gary_sc

Hi Felicia,

There is no way within Acrobat Pro to do that. There may be a way to have a script take care of that but I cannot help you there.

While a bit tedious to open an email, print to PDF, close and repeat, 25-ish times is not horrible. If you had 100s, than I would definitely look for a script that could help you.

Sorry for not being more helpful.

Gary,

Actually, this time it is only 25+. Often it is many more due to Open Record Requests that are made to our organization.

Many times, I have to convert to PDF in order to redact information which is not subject to disclosure.

Also, I am at a bit of a disadvantage not knowing about scripts and how they work.

Thank you for your help.

Felicia

Completely understand.

I also am script-adverse but I am aware of several on these forums who are script-smart and they should be better able to help if possible.

I only mentioned the manual approach simply because it's so easy to spend twice the amount of time to do something on the computer "better" as opposed to just getting the job done. However, it's obvious that your needs make the potential of a script much more desirable in the long run.

Good luck,
