Until just this week, I was able to choose "Save As" and "Convert to pdf" while in an open email. The option to convert to pdf has disappeared from the list of save as options.   My IT dept says it's a setting in Adobe Acrobat Pro to allow the conversion.  I can't find anywhere in Adobe to make that setting.  Ideas?

Thanks!  PDFMaker was not specifically disabled, but it was not on the Active Application Add-Ins list either, so I added it and now I have my Convert to PDF option back.

I know two different techniques to convert Outlook emails to PDF.

#1 Manual Method

  1. Start Microsoft Outlook email client and double click on email message that you want to save in Adobe PDF file.
  2. Thereafter, choose File << Save As option from available options.
  3. Select Microsoft Print to PDF from drop-down menu of Printer.
  4. Choose Print option. Save Print output as PDF, enter file name and store in PDF document format.

Limitation – Using manual option, users can convert Outlook email to PDF one by one that is time-consuming method, if someone wants to convert multiple emails from Outlook to Adobe PDF.

#2 Professional Method

You can also use third-party software to convert multiple Outlook emails to PDF at once. There is no limitation of PST file size. Even third-party tools support both ANSI and Unicode characters. Safe download from official website - https://forensiksoft.com/file-converter/pst-to-pdf.html
