Convert product key to serial number

I purchased a downloadable copy of the Adobe Acrobat DC from Dell several months ago and have never been able to register the product. I have a product key, not a redemption code, which needs to be converted to a serial number I believe. Anyone know where on the Adobe website I can do that?

I finally discovered that a past Acrobat license number will work to upgrade the DC product. Thanks for the help.

the product key is an alphanumeric number ... I found other posting regarding product key vs. redemption code vs. serial number on the forums but not how to convert an alphanumeric product key to an all numerical serial number; left word with Dell ... we'll see how long it takes to get a response ... thanks all

do you have a 19 character student teacher product code?

is it 24 character?  if so, what makes you think it's not a redemption code.

i know what a serial number is and i know what a redemption code is.  i don't know what you mean by a product key.

however, if that's a 24 digit number (6 groups of 4 numbers) you should be able to use that with dell's acrobat,

You have to ask Dell for the serial and also for the install disk as their OEM serial won't work with the retail download. Do it sooner rather than later. Check if it is a "only use on original PC" license, some of them are.
