convert webpage to pdf does not work

Greetings and salutations,

I find it impossible to convert a webpage to PDF document correctly.

IE works best but fails to capture images and even entire columns. The resulting PDF is never the same as the source webpage formatting and image issues.

Chrome mostly does nothing once in awhile it saves a white page with facebook in the top left corner.

There is no plugin for firefox that I can find...despite it clearly being advertised on your website.

Print to PDF also fails to capture correctly

Entering a url for a site that you need to login to is not useful.

Printing to the MS pdf printer results in a file that will not open in acrobat, says there is a error.

This is all on windows 10 with acrobat DC.

We have been using Acrobat 11 for several years, and it is normally possible to get a decent PDF from most sites with either printing to pdf or capturing from one of the browsers but Acrobat DC seems to have lost this functionality.
