Whilst converting from Excel to PDF, I lose all the decimal points. So, for example, 2.50 looks like 250. It is frustrating as I cannot get any help with Adobe

Hi Jane.  From the Excel spreadsheet, save as - File format: PDF.  This has always worked in the past, just this last month it has changed?  Thanks for any assistance.

Adobe created PDF, but gave it away years ago to an ISO. You may be making a Microsoft PDF instead of an Adobe PDF.

Try this: Use the Acrobat tab on the ribbon to create the PDF. Before you do, open the button to the right of it to select properties.

When you open the PDF and go to Document Properites, it will tell you if it is a Microsoft PDF or an Adobe PDF.

Hi marium_8601, did you manage to resolve your issue - "Whilst converting from Excel to PDF, I lose all the decimal points. So, for example, 2.50 looks like 250. It is frustrating as I cannot get any help with Adobe"  I'm having the same problem now & don't know what to?  Thanks for any guidance.

Several users tried to get more information form marium, who never replied. Can you read through this thread and answer the questions we asked earlier?

How are you converting the file, exactly? What command are you using?

Try this: Acrobat Pro: File menu: Open (set to: All files): and select the XLSX document.

I've moved your post from Using the Community to the Acrobat forum.

How are you converting to Acrobat? From the Acrobat ribbon or from Microsoft or by Printing to PDF. If you don't know, then look in Document Properties (Acrobat).
