converting word to pdf

all of a sudden i get an error message trying to combine word documents into a pdf. it comes up with an error message. before there was not issue with it. how do i fix this?

i have a windows 10 operating system with a subscription to office 365 programs.

i am currently using adobe pro online subscription with 64 bit.

this is the error message that comes up
