copy and pasting text and fields at the same time?

I have a simple form.

Yes (radio check box), No (radio check box), N/A (radio check box). to the right of that I have text.

I want to copy and paste that line multiple times. Then I will change the properties of the radio check boxes and also the text.

I can copy the text "yes" "no" "N/A" and the text, then I have to "prepare form" and then copy the radio boxes.

A. can I copy / paste everything on that line?

B. If not, I can control the exact position of the pasted radio boxes, but can't find the exact position of the text boxes on the page.

where is that option?

What am I missing?

Thank You for your assistance in this matter.

I think you are referring to editing a PDF forms.

First, yes you can copy different form field objects simultaneously using the Prepare Form Tool. You can create multiple copies accross pages which will be positioned in the exact same location on every page when you use this option.

In addition, you can also enable Rulers and Grid views that will  aid you visually in moving around objects on a page and  how to position them in relation to other elements.

However, when you edit text and images you use the Edit tool which works differently because is literally editing searchable images and text on a PDF file.

This however, can also be achieved easily  by hovering the mouse pointer (or selection tool) over on any of the bounding boxes frames  for text and images, clicking with the left miuse button and dragging the bounding box accross that page. Realease the left mouse button mouse when you want to drop the bounding box elsewhere in thst page.

Note, that as you use this drag and drop function with the mouse pointing device, you will see green lines, referred to as smart guides.

Wherever you move that bounding box the smart guide lines will also aid you visually on how to align the bounding boxes for text and images in relation to their position in that page.

In the objects pane to the right margin of the working space, you will also have additional editing options, like to Flip horizontally or vertically, and aligning objects.

You will notice thst these options remain greyed out when you're working with only one bounding box at a time.

To select mutliple bounding boxes point and click around the frame of each bounding box to select them as you keep the Ctrl key depressed in your keyboard.

The following link provides additional  useful keyboard shortcuts that will speed up your Acrobat document editing skills:

I'm sorry but everytime I try to read and reply something back to you I am having a real hard time trying to figure what you are trying to achieve.

If you don't mind, cam you please rephrase your question?

Thank you.
