I need to copy multiple items from one item list (in a dropdown box) to another item list (in a dropdown box) on the same PDF form (in the edit mode). It can only be done by copying & pasting one item at a time. But I need to copy multiple items at once and needs to paste in the other drop down list. How can I do that without any script. Please refer the attached screenshot to get a clear view of the problem.
I have the Adobe Acrobat DC standard license.
Thanks in advance.

Not possible without a script.

Copy the field itself, then rename it and delete (or edit) the items you don't want it to have.
Using a script is really the only way of doing it automatically. Not sure why you don't want to do it like that...

I have the same issue, I have a list of 12 line items on a form, each with a drop-down. I decided I needed to make changes to the items in the drop down list and edited one drop downs in line item 1. Now I need to copy the new list to each of the remaining 11 line item dropdowns on my form without having to edit and re-add each item in the new list to each of the line items. Or coping and pasting the edited drop-down field to the remaining 11 line items and renaming each dropdown and realigning the entire page again.

Are you also against using a script (for some reason)? If not, what are the names of the fields involved?
