Crashes, Signatures, Certificates, and addressbook.acrodata

Hello!

I ran into an issue today with a user in an RDS environment with user profile disks having issues with Acrobat Reader DC crashing attempting to open a Docusigned PDF.  Troubleshooting lead me to realize that Adobe threw errors when attempting to download certificates or access this file.  Consequently, it is zero byte.  The interesting thing is that all other users are having no issues.  I attempted to connect the user to a new user profile disk, but the issue recurred exactly the same.

 

Any sage advice?
