Create Enhanced PDF from Web Page does not create a Tagged PDF

Question

When Creating a PDF from a Web Page using the Enhanced engine, the resulting PDF is untagged, and thus inaccessible.

When using the Classic engine it results in a Tagged PDF, but Alt-text for images does not convert.
