Create forms in Adobe Live Cycle Designer

Hello,
I am looking for a person to create dynamic forms in Live Cycle Designer. Is there anyone who has experience working in this program ?

Hi Tariq,

I was thinking of creating designs similar to the attached one, where selecting an option results in changes to the form itself.
