The instructions say there should be a Tools heading on the home page. I do not see it.

Assuming this is Acrobat, click the Menu button at the top-left corner and select Disable New Acrobat.

I appreciate that somebody made an effort to helpp me out. I found a solution on my own that used Adobe Express. When I went to Use Adobe Acrobat again, the Tools heading was there on the Home page. It was simple to invoke.
