Creating a fillable form then sending to Infinite Campus

I am trying to create a fillable form that needs to be uploaded into the database infinite campus, so our staff can access and fill out these forms. I made a document, and when it was uploaded, every other field was fillable except my text box fields. Staff needs to be able to write down a lot of stuff in these fields, and I can't figure out why every other area would work in that system, but the text box doesn't. I have attached the errors I received.

Where is the connection to Adobe Acrobat?

That is what I am using to make the form fillable. Every other field when uploaded works and can be filled except the text boxes. I am wondering how I can get those text boxes to be able to be filled after uploading.

@AmandaAardvark, the text of your original post made it sound (to me) like you were using acrobat. so, i moved the thread to the acrobat forum.

@Bernd Alheit, an acrobat expert looked at your screenshot, i assume, and appropriately asked how that screenshot is related to acrobat.

so, i moved the thread back to the enterprise&teams forum. now, you made it explicit that you're using acrobat.

finally (i hope), clarify how that screenshot is related to acrobat.
