Creating a shortcut for 'Digitally Sign' tool in Adobe Reader DC

I am running Adobe Reader DC (21.005.20048.43252) and would like to add a shortcut to the "Digitally Sign" on a toolbar. This feature is usually accessed via Tools - Certificates.

Is there a way to add this to the tool pane on the right hand side or the toolbar itself on the top?
