Creating and Managing Signatures

I used to be able to click fill and sign to access an image of my signature which I could then drag to the field I wanted to sign in the document.  For some unknown reason that option has disappeared and only a digital signature pops up which requires a password (which I don't know) to use.  Is there a way to clear signatures and start over to create and image with my signature?

Hey there,

 

As explained above, upon signing or applying signature on a signature filed its only giving the option to have Digital Signature. I believe while setting up the form fields you have added a Digital Signature filed.

Digital Signature filedLets the user electronically sign a PDF document with a digital signature.

Option:1 

To set up signature using Fill & Sign option. You can simply add a Text filed and name it Signature. End user will use the Sign option under Fill & Sign and can apply the signature.

 

 

Option:2 

Send a form using Adobe Sign: 

If someone has used Adobe Sign to send you an agreement for signing, you receive an email notification with a link to sign the agreement.  

Are described here setup a Signature filed not a Digital Signature filed and send the document. A signer receives an email with a link to sign the agreement. Also, if the signer uses Acrobat DC or Acrobat Reader DC desktop application, the signer sees a notification that an agreement has been shared for signing.
