Acrobat Web Form is a Cloud service, your IT may have disabled it.

Hi @Brandie30451814egcv,

Trying to better understand your question because I'm not sure what you mean by a web form from Acrobat.

Usually, the term "web form" means that the form is created in HTML code as a webpage, and it has nothing to do with Acrobat or PDFs. However, a PDF form made from Acrobat can be placed on a webpage, or attached to an email, or distributed like any other PDF file.

I think you probably mean the latter, a PDF form that is located on a webpage.

You can still make forms in the new Acrobat, but you might not be seeing the tool panel for it because the latest version of Acrobat has changed the user interface and panels aren't where you're used to seeing them.

The Forms Panel is in the Menu "hamburger menu" in the upper left.

You can also revert back to the old interface by selecting Disable New Acrobat from the same Menu.

Hope this helps!

In August 2022, Adobe added more sign functionalities to the Acrobat subscription.  This video should help you out with web forms. acrobat-pro-web-forms-video-ue.mp4 (adobe.com)
