Creative Cloud subscription and Acrobat DC storage?

I have a full subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud which includes Acrobat DC (or so I believed). Tonight, I scanned a small document with Adobe Scan and couldn't upload it to my Adobe DC because "The Adobe DC free storage limit has been reached. Upgrade to PDF Pack to increase your limit" Click OK or Learn More".

I don't understand this.

For starters, it seems like I'm already paying a pretty sum every month for the full Adobe CC which comes with 20GB storage.

When I check on my name/emjail in Settings in my mobile Adobe Scan, it says I am Subscribed to Adobe PDF Pack.

Don't know where to find that storage (if that's what it means).

When I click on "Learn More", nothing happens.

When I click on "OK", nothing happens.

It's a puzzle.

Any advice or suggestions about what to try?

Hi Dearnold,

Sorry for the delay in response.

I have checked your account. You have Adobe CC all apps subscription listed under your Adobe ID.

As you are using the Adobe Scan application, the error message that you receive do not refer to your Adobe CC storage.

The error message refers to the Adobe Document Cloud free storage.

When you scan a document in Adobe Scan application and use Save as PDF, that PDF automatically saves in the Document Cloud storage. The Document Cloud storage and the CC storage are two different locations.

As you have used the Adobe ID for your Adobe Scan application, it has created a free Document Cloud storage under that ID.

You may access the Adobe Document Cloud using this link Adobe Document Cloud

Once you open the link, sign in with same Adobe ID and the password that you use for your Adobe scan application.

Then go to Homes > Files > Adobe Scan folder. There you will find all your scanned PDF in the list.

For more details on Document Cloud, you may refer to this help link Adobe Document Cloud FAQ

Hope the information helps.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hi Dearnold:

Did you sign into your mobile Adobe Reader app with the same Adobe ID and password that you use for your CC subscription? Did you trying signing out on your mobile device and signing back in?
