Hello, after the update on Acrobat DC ,
The line guides when I make a crop on page is disable, not see the guides on the document when I put my measure personalised
Just see on preview small box.
Any body can help for this problem?
I have tested in all definitions of the program, and all options on see and hidden the functions
It's a bug or something on a new update?

Hi @Carlos30328026wcoj
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that
What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.08.20470 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/4bpwsF3 and see if that works.

Hi there,
Thanks for sharing more details, it is the product behaviour. You can use grids to accurately line up text and objects in a document. When you enable Grids, it displays a framework of intersecting lines that helps you properly align various elements.
Horizontal and vertical rulers allow you to check the size of objects in your document. You can also create guides to easily line up objects, such as form fields.
For more information please go through the help pages listed below:

Does anyone have a solution to this? I regularly crop spreads in acrobat and the guide line used to appear on the document, not JUST in the tiny preview box. This problem happened after the upgrade.

I only wish to add that I too miss this. I have not found a way to replicate it, and the guide lines in the tiny preview box are insufficient for lining things up precisely. I used the ability to see the guide lines (on the full-scale document as I tweaked the values in the dialog box by hand) a LOT, and this is annoying enough that I'm spending far too much time trying to find alternative PDF editing programs that might be able to do this. It is frustrating because I bet it is not hard to add back in, and maybe only went away because they thought it wasn't in use by anyone, but it's really kind of stopped my workflow in its tracks. It's been gone so long now that I don't expect it back. But I'd love to have it back.

This doesn't work, the guide lines as I adjust the crop only appear in the tiny preview box, we want them to appear in the document so we can visually SEE the crop adjusting. This was a feature that disappeared. It was a fast and accurate way to crop images visually and precisely.
