Hi all, just recently when I go to crop a PDF, it’s not working like it has done for quite a few years.
When I double click on the screen with the crop tool selected the ‘set page boxes’ appears.
When I change the values in ‘top, bottom, left and right’ either by inputting details or clicking on the up arrows you see the crop lines appear in the low-res preview, but they’ve stopped appearing on the main window, so accurate cropping has gone out of the window.
The only way to do it is to drag over the area I want and then change the values to something accurate.
Has this happened to anybody else? Is it me that’s missed something as I’ve spent ages trying to solve this? Has the feature been removed in an update (if so, why)?
If anyone can shed some light on this, I’d massively appreciate it.
Cheers!

Nope, I still see them, however on Windows:
On a Windows system, I would blame the screen drivers.

I am having the same problem. Hopefully it is just a setting somewhere. Did you ever find an answer?

Hi, sorry, no I never found an answer. I’ve been through all the settings and even uninstalled it and re-installed it and no joy. My office has 5 Macs and they’re all doing the same. Hopefully Adobe will provide an update for us 🙂

Same problem here. Big headache. Guessing it's another bug?

Yep, same here too. I relied on being able to see where those crop boxes were on the big, zoomable image, the lack of this indicator has made this workflow work so much less well (and so much less efficiently) for the things I'm trying to do. Very frustrating that it's still acting this way, this has been true for quite a while now. Seems dumb to have to try to install Windows and a Windows version just to get these preview marks back. But so far nothing that I've tried has succeeded in bringing those preview marks back.
