cs6 help. PDF presentation only reveals page 1. Where are additional pages

When my pdf presentation including 3 pages is open, i cannot seem to access pages 2 and 3. How do I jump to these pages to view/edit? only page 1 appears without a clear path to reveal additional pages. Thank you

Correct answer

I feel foolish. When opening my 3 page PDF presentation, Photoshop cs6 does not automatically open the entire file, rather, requires user top select each page individually. Solved.
