Being charged twice a month for same product on same account for 3 months now. Would like to Email support urgently but can't find an address

I don't believe there's a general email address for Adobe Support, only for individual employees. Try these pages, instead:

This can happen if, at the end of the year, a customer tries to "renew" the plan by paying for it. Since it auto-renews there are now two plans. You can check your account details to see if two plans are shown. There is no email. Use chat or phone, Warning, scammers may contact you privately pretending to be Adobe staff. Adobe will never send you a private message asking you to email an account that isn't @17309390, or use Skype. Adobe never ask you for their password. These scammers want your Adobe info, credit cards, your money and control of your computer, please take care.
