Customer Service = Worst

Just wanted to throw it out there to the community.......I'm aware tech isn't really know for their customer service, but Adobe takes the cake on WORST customer service. I run a decent sized business and can never get adobe to respond to inquires, even when it comes to wanted MORE product.
