Darstellung der Ausgabevorschau falsch

Hallo, 

 

wenn ich die Farbseperation in Druckpdfs prüfen möchte und einzelne Kanäle an- und abwähle verändert sich der Zoomfaktor der Bildschirmdarstellung. So lässt sich kein PDF vernünftig prüfen. Vor allem bei Druckdaten mit Sonderfarben ist das wirklich probematisch. Gibt es einen Trick? Bitte repariert diesen Bug möglichst schnell.

Please update the application to the new version 23.03.20284 from the help menu and reboot the computer once and see if that fixes the issue.

Please update the application to the new version 23.03.20284 from the help menu and reboot the computer once and see if that fixes the issue.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Have you started experiencing this issue recently with the new update? What is the version of the Acrobat/Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.03.20215 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works. A small video recording of the issue would be very helpful.

Danke für die Antwort. Ich nutze die neueste Acrobat Versionen am Mac. Version 2023.001.20177. Das Problem besteht seit ca. 2-3 Monaten. Mit welchem Update es kam kann ich nicht mehr nachvollziehen. Ich versuche gleich ein Video hochzuladen.
