Date and Time Actuated Password Protected pdf Files.

Is it possible to set a password protection to a pdf file that can be opened on or after a set date and time?

Legend

You can do it with Adobe products - high priced server products, you keep the license centrally and the client connects to check it. This is a 5-6 figure annual fee. You can't do it with Acrobat - and most people have neither the means or interest in running a server 24/7 for license checking.

Thanks for guiding me through this. Your reply suggest that the facility is
still available but with a lisence fee on higher side.

Then it becomes a requirement, an idea for conceptualization and working towards it's development by Adobe.

I hope Adobe would grab this idea
