Date format changes after "create PDF" from Excel file, why!?

Explorer ,

I am struggling so hard to convert my receipts from excel to a PDF on MacOS.

If I don't use the "upload to cloud" feature, the PDF gets distorted. It seems like a top header is added to the A4 sheet.

If I use the "upload to could" feature, the date format changes to US format. I already changed my primary language to german online and also the program itself is german. Any idea what that keeps happening? Thanks in advance, I appreciate any help!

PS: Newest MacOS, Adobe CC, Adobe Acrobat and MS Excel versions are installed.

I was able to get around this problem by using 'DD"."MM"."YYYY' in the excel spreadsheet. Still really stupid to have this problem.
