Hi thanks for responding

I have the option to get Adobe DC pro, What they ask is the following:

"The only way to receive an Acrobat exception is to qualify by stating the
functionality you require but is missing from the preferred Nuance product"

The information provided on the request does not qualify for an Acrobat
exception. There is not specifically stated functionality missing from the
preferred is Nuance PDF Converter Enterprise

Any ideas as to what I can say to justify?

Thanks

Need a bit more information in order to help.

  • What specific feature do you need to have in a PDF conversion utility?
  • Nuance Converter Enterprise 8 looks to be 6-7 years old. Is there a reason why your organization uses such outdated software?
  • For the differences between Acrobat Pro or Standard, see this comparison page (be sure to expand the list to view more details) https://www.adobe.com/acrobat/pricing.html

And this is a user-to-user forum and Adobe engineers moderate it.
