Default Double sided printing on Mac

I am unable to get my Mac or any Mac in my office to default to double-sided printing when printing from Acrobat. I have alreay set it to double-sided within CUPS. Every other program on my Mac is prining double-sided. Only Acrobe and Adobe reader are not.
