Delayed delivery of Adobe shared document

Question

Someone sent me a document link via the app on their phone and it was a couple of days late. I finally received their email with the timestamp on the email message of today at 2:00 PM (today = Wed, 7/26/2023). When I went to print the email message the datestamp on the printed message was Mon, 7/24/2023 at 5:48 AM, which happens to be the time this person claimed he sent the file. My email was delayed by 2 days, 8 hours, 12 minutes.

This is the second time this happens in 2 weeks. Does anyone know what may be causing this?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
