Hi Usman

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delay in response. I hope you would have fixed the issue by now. If it still exists,

Web browsers use their own PDF mechanism to render and display the PDF contents and are not very good with handling the interactive PDF forms. The ideal/suggested way is to download the PDF to your computer locally and then try to open it with Adobe Acrobat/Raeder DC application.

Hope this information will help

Hello Amal,

I have the same issue in the browser. Could you please let me know if there is any way to make this work in browser? Maybe there is another way or place to insert a code or anything like this? Any workaround would help. Thanks

Hi there

The interactive PDF forms do not work as intended on web browsers, as Web browsers use their own PDF mechanism to render and display the PDF contents and are not very good with handling the PDF forms.

Hope this information will help.
