Hiii

I have drop-down list

I need java script

When choose

Payment full annual rent or no payment , i need other two fields next to it empty and disapper

As below

and when choose ( payment partially rent ) can edit manual two fields next manually .

On more thing .

I need java script When I did printing document

All three fields reset from any data after print

appreciate help
