Despite having existing plan application still wants me to subscribe

I have an existing Adobe Acrobat Pro plan that is billed monthly in USD.  Despite the plan being valid and paid up to date my application keeps asking me to subscribe.  If I click subscribe it will give me a Rand price (I'm based in South Africa) but then if I try complete purchase of new plan it will halt the process with "This purchase is not supported" as it says I already own Acrobat Pro.

 

The application however is not allowing me to do a number of functions as it doesn't recognise the subscription.

Please ensure you are logged in with the Adobe ID (email) associated with your Acrobat Pro license, as the email address you used to log into the Community indicates an active subscription.

Try signing out of the Acrobat app, restarting both the app and your device, and then signing back in with your Adobe ID to activate the license.
