Dictation on ipad not working with my fillable PDF offline

Hi there,

Wondered if any of you lovely people can help me please.

I have a fillable PDF which I need to be able to open on my ipad it works fine with the dictation when connected to wifi but doesn't not work offline. Can I get the dictation to work offline at all, or is this something that is not possible?

This is not an Adobe speicific setting, can you check this suggestion and see if it helps?
