Digital Initials

In addition to signing docs I also need to initial multiple pages.  How do I set up digital initials and drop them onto the page?

I am using Acrobat X Pro.  I've seen directions online for other versions of Acrobat but they do not coincide with X Pro Tools.

Hi sstockton,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you want to add initials to multiple pages in Acrobat X, is that correct?

You may check "apply ink signature" under  Tools > sign & certify > apply ink signature and see if that works for you.

You may also try changing the digital appearance for the signature and check if that works:Custom Signature Appearances — Digital Signatures Guide for IT

Let us know if you need any further help.

Hello Shivam.  Yes, I need to add initials on contracts in addition to my certified signature.  I followed the directions you recommended above and created a secondary "customized" ID in my profile that only contains my initials.  I unchecked all the other certification details when I set it up.

It appears to work perfectly - Thank you!
