Digital signature appearance - Name and date on two lines

For the life of me I can figure out how to make the digital signature "box" bigger/wider so that the name and date don't each take up two lines. It has nothing to do with the uploaded image size/height/length or the size of the placement box that you drag when choosing where the signature goes on a document. Obviously if the name is short enough to fit on one line its not a problem. But you still have the date/time on two lines.

If this is just how it is...does this not bother anyone else???

One reason why this does not bother people too much, might be that the information you see there should be ignored anyways.

Whenever one gets a signed PDF and wants to find out something about the signer and the signature itself, one should not believe any data in the signature widget in the document. Instead one should look at the associated entry in the signature panel on the left.

Signers who care will, therefore, usually put a nice looking image there. And signers who don't care, well, they don't care.
