Hi,  If you have forgotten your password - how do you reset or do you need to create a new signature?  Thanks

    Hi Michelle,

    Sadly, you cannot recover or reset the password if you've forgotten it. You should revoke the digital ID (it's not a digital signature, that's something you create using a digital ID) if it was issued by a Certificate Authority. Whether you procured the digital ID from a Certificate Authority, or created it yourself, in the end you are going to have to get or create a new one.
