Digital signatures disappeared

Question

Hi,

So today I opened up a PDF, wanted to sign it. But I noticed my signatures were missing. I realized I was on the wrong account, so I logged out and logged in with the correct one.

Once I did that, I went to Fill & Sign, and I saw all the signatures I had over the years. I selected one and tried to drag and drop... however, it disappeared along all the other signatures!

WTH?!

My program is up to date

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

This seems to be weird behavior. Please try checking the signature at the following location: %appdata%\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\Security\. See if you can find them.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version. In the Acrobat, go to Menu > Help > Check for updates. You may refer to the information on the following page: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/release-note/release-notes-acrobat-reader.html.
