Digital unterschreiben Schaltfläche inaktiv

Die Schaltfläche "Digital unterschreiben" ist inaktiv. Ein Zertifikat ist eingerichtet dennoch bleibt die Schaltfläche grau. Acrobat Reader 2023.003.20269 neu installiert, dass Problem bleibt weiterhin.

Please let us know what happens when you try to add a signature to the PDF. Also, confirm if this option was working before.

Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the option you are referring to? This is just for confirmation.

Share the OS version on the machine. We will get this checked.

Thank you for the quick response.

The "Digital unterschreiben" button cannot be activated. Has never worked on this computer.
