Digits Cutting off/Hiding/ Disappear - PDF document

In few pdf documents the adobe is cutting or hiding the digits. When the same pdf is opened with microsoft edge or any other pdf viewer, the numbers are there.

Even if you print to pdf from adobe the digits are not there.
