Disable installation of Notification Manager for Adobe Acrobat Pro

How can I disable the Notification Manager for Adobe Acrobat from installing when a user logs into Acrobat Pro?  Are system does not allow apps to install for users.

 

I have version 2023.001.20174 64bit

Here is the solution that worked for me:

Create the following registry entry before signing into Adobe Acrobat:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\Installer
DisableRepairOnLaunch = 1 

Type is DWORD

Yes, I did already come across that post but I tried the registry setting without any success, the post also doesn't specify which type of registry entry to create, DWORD, STRING? I tried creating the entry as both a dword and a string and neither worked, the notification manager still installs. Am I doing something wrong, is there a more detailed instruction for doing this?
