Shamefull neglegence on Adobe's part. I see people all over the internet complaining about this. NO GOOD ANSWERS. Many work arounds or supposed fixes none of which work for me. Hey Adobe how about YOU FIX THE ISSUE. Thinking pretty seriously about Bluebeam today.

Hi @frederick2298515216eq

We understand how frustrating this can be. This issue is currently under investigation. Our engineering team is trying to identify the root cause of this issue. Sharing the following fiddler logs (as asked here in the same discussion) would add more value to our existing data.

Thank you!

I agree this is frusterating!
I personally do not like customizing anything as that has always ended up messing up the application. However I do like dark windows vs light windows.
So this weird bug hides the whole top bar and the menu. So I can't move/resize the window and I can't get to things like preferences with a mouse. To make matters more fun, it teases me! I open another PDF and its FIXED YAY but ITS NOT! If I can get around the window without moving my mouse anywhere near the menu items. I can click the X and exit vs going to the task manager to close all.

So when something is not working well I goto Help and Repair it! Which was aweseome! but lately this feature doesn't do anything. I went to the creative cloud and uninstalled it and reinstalled it. nope. Before I knew it I was wasting my time like all of us on this forum trying to find the FIX!!! LOL its true though. Someone said delete your preferences and I did that too. But I noticed something. In the past when I reset preferences It would go back to light theme. It did not! Odd. Then I found out the Cloud owns all things. Sorry, I hate the cloud!
Well, now that I have tried to turn the cloud off, I have selected something that made Acrobat worse and it is now stored in the clouds preferences so IT WONT FORGET! LOL well good deal.
Please fix the annoying window bar please.
