Document won't 'Save as' and pop up is greyed out

Question

Hi,

For no reason, my pdf's will no longer allow me to 'save as'... The option is available but when the box appears and normally shows your file locations and the name of the file you are saving, this is completely greyed out.

Any help appreciated!

Hi Matt

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Please try the following preferences and see if that works for you. Go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when saving file' and 'Show online storage when opening file'> Click OK and reboot the application.
