Yes, have logged into Pro. Yes, using correct subscription.
My desktop software won't allow me to upload documents to cloud. 'An error occured while trying to access this service'.
Getting tired of jumping between online platform and desktop to do the same thing. I've been building forms to have them crash on saving.

@Melmo_bne Curious, why are you 'jumping between online platform and desktop to do the same thing?'
Anyways, the first thing I did was looked at Adobe Status, https://status.adobe.com/products/503500 and it tells me that today, Document Cloud did have intermittent or localized outages/performance degradation which likely cause the "An error occurred" message, especially for cloud-dependent features like document uploads and saving forms to the cloud. And still may be having issues as well.
So, you may need to wait until it's cleared up
