Does Acrobat support roman numerals in Headers and Footers?

I'm not seeing an option for it, and I saw an old forum post somewhere that says it wasn't supported... but that was back in 2010. Have the updated it yet to support roman numerals in headers and footers?

I assume what you want is to use the "Page Label" instead of it's page number. That's still not possible. You can file an enhancement request here: Feature Request/Bug Report Form

So this means that we will need to look as some third party software to do this going forward is this correct?  Many of our users use Acrobat for this function which is no longer supported.

click on the Thumbnails view icon

right click on the page where you want the numbering to start

Select Page Labels

You click begin a new section and choose numbering style.

This doesn't change the format of page numbers in header and footer.

I want the 7 of 71 to be:

vii of 7

or

xi of LXXI
