Download signed documents

Community Beginner ,
Jul 24, 2022 Jul 24, 2022

I am new to this and have spent 2 hours trying to find out how to download my signed PDF documents.

Some of the information on Google tells me to go to "account" and then "global settings" and group to click the "export" button as a global feature, but mine is not highlighted. Also cannot find account and global settings, I had to try preferences. Adobe's tutorials are no help as I cannot find an "account" I am on an iMac desktop so is everything different? I just want to download my signed documents, should be simple, but not.

HELP!

I don't see why that should matter. Tick the box next to the file's name and then click on Download at the bottom of the menu on the right. Also, make sure the settings in your browser are set to save downloaded PDF files, not load them in any browser plugin, or anything like that.

That would be nice if there was a box to click on.

I have now found I have to click "save as" then click "save blank copy" then I can send it to my documents folder. What???

Make no sense there is no download button in the program.

I am also skeptical about another issue which is I create a contract in a specific font. I create a pdf of the contract.

The Adobe program defaults my pdf contract to some other type font for signature.

It looks like there are 2 different contracts even though default font contract is signed.

Same problem here, Lauren25371837axwf

There are no boxes to tick, cannot download even though the doc was created on my computer, sent for signature from my computer, received back signed, and is now sitting in my Acrobat Pro CC account ON MY COMPUTER. After navigating through a bunch of possible options to no avail, I found your comment here and tried your method. I just did a simple "save as" and it downloaded, so not as convoluted as your process. But either way there is a lot of confusion around this. Ugh.

Hi Dsner5000,

Thank you for reaching out.

Would you mind sharing more information about the issue you are experiencing?

From where are you trying to download the signed form?

It would be helpful if you could share some screenshots for a better understanding of the issue. That will help us to provide you with the correct information.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
