Downloading my Adobe Acrobat XII Professional Case # 0221844406

I have literally spent hours trying to download on a second computer my Adobe Acrobat XII, S/N <Removed by Moderator>.  After I get through the download, when I get to the finish panel, the adobe download quits responding.  Would somebody please get on my computer and help me complete this download.  The email associated with this product is <Removed by Moderator> the email for the computer on which I am trying to download is <Removed by Moderator>.

I am standing by to give you access to this computer.

Do not post confidential info like serial number on Forums.

Are you getting not responding error ?

Did you downloaded installer file from below link ?
