Dropdown list in albetical order after delete the form

Drop-down menu list is in alphabetical order A-Z.
When I delete my form, the last name which appears is "Treaning" (example below) but I would like that Marketing Communications appears after deleting the form because this is the first name of the list. 

 

 
 

 


Is there something to do ?

    Hi

    When you say "delete the form", do you mean "clear the form"? Here is the dialog box for setting options for a drop down list.

    • You can sort or use the up/down buttons to repositon
    • Select an item in the list to make it the default choice — whichever choice you want to appear in a fresh copy of the form

    Is this what you are asking? If not, please clarify.

    Is this an Acrobat Form? Please explain what you mean by "deleteing  the form".   The item order is determined by the person or script that loaded the items into the dropdown. Is that you?
